Primary Responsibilities:

Flying agents are capable of excellent customer service. Also, work together as a team to meet corporate objectives.

All of our employees must complete their day-to-day tasks and fulfil the company’s goals and customer requirements expectations.

Responsibilities include computerized passenger boarding, customer needs, caring for all customer needs, changing aircraft entrances, and installing the necessary seatbelts.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Ability to work all shifts
  • Nights, weekends, holidays
  • Capable of lifting to 70 pounds
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous flight experience
  • Front-line customer service
  • Knowledge of computer applications and programs

Working Environment:

  • Use of computers
  • And other office equipment
  • Need some travel
  • Shifts including weekends/nights/holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending
  • Bending, kneeling
  • Walking, standing
  • Reaching, lifting, climbing stairs
  • Handle up to 70 pounds
  • Help all disabled person
