Today Join the Support Team as a Work as a Home Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Customer Service & Sales Representative will provide excellent Customer Service while supporting customer questions about our product. Also, lost damaged devices and Customer issues for products.

Sell our digital connected home products or other offers to our valuable customers. Will be involved in any product—customer in understanding Technology & Selling Security, Digital Items and Technology Lockers.

You will serve and selling our product; then we can try to upgrade your position.

Note: Customer Service/ Sales Representatives are encouraged to provide Services or solve customer’s problems!

1st Starting Salary:

Salary 13.50 USD per hour.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • High School Diploma
  • Flexibility job in all shifts as needed (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
  • Previous customer service experience six months (call center preferred)
  • Six months – 1 year of sales experience
  • Technical skills to pass our instant assessments
  • Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen

Home Specific Requirements:

  • A confusion-free workplace that is temporarily set to meet company standards
  • Minimum internet speed requirements must be met: 10 Mbps download speed/ 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection (Not WiFi or hotspot)
